At Fabfusion Delights, we take pride in providing high-quality, handcrafted desserts made fresh for each order. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Refunds or Returns
Because our items are perishable food products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been prepared or picked up.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We may request photos to better understand the issue.
When appropriate, we will work with you to offer:
A replacement item, or
A store credit for a future purchase
Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in rare circumstances.
Cancellations
Orders must be canceled at least 24–48 hours in advance (you can choose the timeframe).
Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Custom Orders
Custom and special-order items are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for your request.
